Mystic Dragons is a semi-hardcore progression guild established in 2022. Going into Midnight, our progression team is aiming to push comfortably for Cutting Edge on a 2-day schedule.
Outside of raid, our community is active in all aspects of the game (M+, PvP, Classic).

Monday is a strictly optional on-demand day for early season Heroic and late season prog.

Our Retail raid is a 2-day Mythic progression team that has been pushing Mythic content since the start of Dragonflight.
We are a laid-back team that values good vibes and positive raid atmosphere through all of progression. Our team environment, both inside and outside of raid, typically contains a lot of fun banter that sets us apart from many other CE guilds of our level.
As a two-day guild, we focus more on efficiency, consistency, and good planning over strictly chasing rank. Our ultimate goal is to work as a team to achieve Cutting Edge for all the players on our roster every season, and still have time for a quick break between seasons.
Recruitment
We aim to keep a 25-man roster, where everyone is expected to be prepared at all times. There are no formal trial periods. You are invited as a core raider and will be evaluated over the course of the season on both performance and personality fit.
We research potential recruits through their logs and profiles before reaching out. We don’t recruit blindly. If we reach out to you, we believe you are a good potential fit on the team.
You’ve raided competitively on a three-day (or more) schedule and want a more relaxed two-day team with a fun raid atmosphere.
You’re a competitive player who’s new to CE raiding and wants a positive environment to learn in.
You’re team-oriented and drama-free, keep reliable attendance, and are willing to set aside some ego for the good of the team.
You’re CE-experienced and looking for a stable, long-term home to raid in.
Attendance
We don’t set a strict attendance percentage. People have lives and planned absences happen.
That said, we do heavily weigh in attendance and upcoming availability when building the prog roster.
Team Expectations
Mechanics and adaptability ahead of raw output.
Willingness to sit. A 25-person roster of competitive players means everyone will sit at some point in a season, on progression or on reclear. It’s what keeps the roster deep enough that we never cancel, and we need applicants who accept that before they join.
Have an inclusive and positive attitude. We don’t tolerate bigotry or drama of any kind.
